This Luke midrange deck I'd call an advanced version of the starter and it might be the overall most well rounded deck right now. Almost all the stuff you'd expect to be in here is in here - the one exception that may have you scratching your head is there is no Luke's Lightsaber. I don't like it, I don't think it contributes enough. Takes too long to wait to put it on Luke. There are just other cards you can play like Shoot First, Asteroid Sanctuary and Surprise Strike that are both good with Luke out and with him not out.
