This is a hard control deck that uses Vigilance + restock as the main wincon.
The idea here is to estabilish fully control of the board and then use Vigilance to mill 6 cards from your opponent's deck and later use Restock to put back a Vigilance, another Restock and 2 other cards (probably removals), then you can loop those cards to mill out your opponent and inflict fatigue damage to win.
This is not suposed to be a competitive deck, just a concept that can be revisited in later sets of the game.
