Near faithful recreation of Gui Cohen’s “get outta me swamp” deck that I think took some inspiration and lessons learned from Suazodev’s “PAIN CONTROL VADER“
After playing Vader Green, I’ve decided to flip and reverse from midrange to full control. I think using entrenched solves Suazodev’s concerns about stabilizing the midgame against Sabine/Leia and Boba. The lack of units stops Boba, while removal deals with aggro heavy.
From my understanding the win con is just make it to turn 8, super laser blast, deploy Vader and punish. Note Mr. Cohen did end up going 6-2 during the Swiss so I’m interested to see what the pivot or matchup was that helped him during the top cut.
