EDIT 1
Made some updates recently:
- Leia is out, R2 is in. R2 is a significantly better target for stuff like Hotshot DL-44, and is more likely to win a trade on an ambush. Additionally, the scry has come up as valuable super often. And sometimes, it's just super useful to be able to scry 1 twice in a row (though obviously not as valuable as scrying 2 like Inferno Four does)
- Bamboozle is in side board, Snapshot Reflexes is out. Taking their place is 3x General Rieekan. This card has been amazing in testing and in games recently. Like Choose Sides, it serves the function of oftentimes saving you a game that you are close to losing. As an ECL target, he can ambush as a 6/8 Sentinel (turn into a Sentinel When Played, give himself an Experience On Attack), knocking out an enemy unit and setting up a wall to protect your board control for oftentimes at least one more pivotal turn. He's got synergy with Echo Base Defender and Gammo Guards (sentinels), and can be pumped with Fleet Lieutenant (a great trick is, if they set up a ground 3-health sentinel to stall you for one more turn, Fennec ambush a Fleet Lieutenant into their sentinel, then pump a Rebel to swing at base, and with Rieekan those are high numbers).
ORIGINAL DESCRIPTION
See my V1 for the more thorough writeup of how this deck works: https://swudb.com/deck/oHCmEBsXLQ
This latest version uses a bit more Rebel synergy, and a bit more consistency. I've also added a small handful of Rares to main deck. Hotshot DL-44 is great for pushing aggro in closer matches, while Choose Sides is the top end I've been looking for: in closer matchups against midrange, where they may have just enough momentum to override your aggro soon with a bigger top end, a well-placed Choose Sides will save the game for you.
Merc Gunship and Cartel Turncoat are now in side board as a swap for less aggressive units where you've gotta fight control.
