This is a deck shell. It's not meant to be taken to a tournament as-is, it's meant to be adjusted to the individual player's preferences and the tournament meta. I played it as-is at the Vancouver PQ 'cause I ran out of playtesting time.
Specific card notes:
Kuiil should stay at 3x. It's very good card draw (in this deck), and some people leave him alone. Those people generally lose to this deck.
Phase 1 Clone Trooper should stay at 3x. One of the main reasons the deck can win is explosive starts with 'You're my Only Hope'; that requires the leader ability activation, which in turn requires something to die, which in turn requires being able to kill something on your opponent's side with 3 HP. Phase 1 Clone Trooper (at the time of this writing) is the only 3 power unit that Blue/White has access to on the first turn.
Sugi should stay at 3x; (4/6 + smuggle + conditional Sentinel) for 4 is a very good deal.
Ki-Adi-Mundi should stay at 3x; 5/7 for 5 is good numbers and he's the prime target for a second turn You're My Only Hope.
Concord Dawn Interceptors should stay at 3x. They're a big reason why Jango Red is a free W.
Protector, Top Target, Village Protectors. I chose to pre-sideboard the deck against Sabine for this tournament. If you choose not to, this is where I would start cutting cards.
Restock 3x? Yes. It's a shell of a deck, meant to be edited. Edit it. :)
General notes for editing:
When changing the deck, watch out for cutting too much Restore, it's a big part of the deck's function. The deck has units with gigantic butts, and you need time for card advantage from killing 2 of their cards with 1 of yours to kick in. Restore on a bunch of units gives you that time.
Giving up on Sabine may be the right call, I probably would if I played the deck again. Wrecker busts through 12 HP worth of units on the turn it comes into play. Tough to compete with that, about the only thing that can is a second turn Ki-Adi-Mundi from You're My Only Hope.
Against Control, your mill tools are Vigilance, Restock, Kanan, and Yoda's ability to get to those cards.
Overall, I am done working on this deck, and won't be taking it to more tournaments. Even with pre-sideboarding against Sabine, I am only about 50/50 against that deck. If they draw Wrecker, I lose. If they don't, I might win. With the prevalence of Sabine in the current meta, the possibility of "Oops, got paired against Sabine in the first 2 rounds, now I'm 0-2" is too high.
